2.Property inspection & registration
We inspect the property based on photos and information. Once the details have been clarified, we add your property to our system.
This allows us to access it at short notice if necessary.
3.Offer & execution of contract
As soon as a customer expresses interest, we will contact you. We will then work with you to create a customized rental offer with
clearly agreed terms and conditions. The rental to our customer can then begin.
4.Booking with corporate clients
Our clients move into the property.
We manage arrivals and departures and all other processes.
5.Continuous management
We remain your point of contact and at the same time coordinate the use or rental with the customer.
6.Reliable Payment of Rent
You will receive your rent on time and in the agreed amount – as previously agreed.

1. Who exactly is renting my property?
We at MVS24 GmbH are your renters and contractual partners. The people who live in your accommodation vary –
from regular workers to construction managers and engineers.
2. Will I still receive rent during the rental period even if the property is vacant?
That depends entirely on what has been agreed in advance between you, the owner, and MVS24 GmbH as the party renting
the property. We would, of course, be very grateful if you would grant us a discount in the event of a vacancy.
3. Who pays the ancillary costs (such as water, heating, electricity)?
We at MVS24 GmbH will cover all costs that were agreed with you in writing prior to booking.
If unexpected additional costs arise as a result of the rental, responsibility must first be clarified.
4. Will I be charged any additional costs?
There is no need to be concerned. Renting through MVS24 GmbH will not cause you any additional costs. We will act as a
regular rental customer, so you will not experience any inconvenience.
5. How long does a typical rent agreement run for?
This is negotiated in advance with one of our employees. Since we accommodate workers from the construction industry,
the end date of the rental agreement is occasionally left open. In most cases, we initially book a specific period (e.g., one
week or one month) and inform you in advance if we would like to extend the accommodation.
6. Who is my contact person if I have any questions or problems?
We at MVS24 GmbH are your rental company and your only point of contact—
simple and straightforward. Please contact the person who made the booking with you.

7. What happens in the event of damage or problems?
Please don't worry—we will take care of everything.
Please report any damage or problems with our guests to us immediately.
The following information will help us to respond quickly:
- Date and description of the damage
- Photos
- Cost estimate for repair or replacement
8. Do I have to take care of the furniture?
We usually rent furnished apartments or rooms, so you are responsible for the furnishings. If our staff finds that equipment or
furnishings (e.g., kitchen, bathroom, electrical appliances) are defective or unusable, we will inform you. Since the furnishings
are part of the rental agreement, you are responsible for arranging for repairs or replacements in a timely manner.
9. How soon can the rental begin?
That depends on the individual case. Our business is sometimes at short notice—we might need accommodation in a few
days, sometimes at very short notice. We really appreciate it when owners can offer this flexibility.
10. How can I offer my property on MVS24?
Please feel free to send us an email with a description, photos, and asking price for your property. We will review your
information and add your property to our system. If we have a suitable request, we will contact you. We look forward to
