As part of a short-term project expansion, a German company needed additional accommodation for five more employees—and at very short notice.
One key requirement was that the apartments should be as close as possible to the construction site to avoid long commutes.
Thanks to our regional network, we were able to put together suitable accommodation options within a few hours. On the same day, suitable accommodation within a radius of only 7 to 9 kilometers from the construction site was reserved and firmly booked.
Zweibrücken – long-term booking for 4 people since 2020
A long-standing customer from Hungary approached us with a request for affordable yet reliable accommodation for four employees. The planned project assignment was intended to be long-term, which is why stability and availability over a longer period of time were crucial factors in addition to an attractive price-performance ratio.

Krefeld – Deployment of a construction crew of 12 people from April 29 to June 12, 2025
Accommodation was sought for a construction crew totaling 12 people that would meet the requirements of both the site management and the fitters. The requirements were single rooms for the construction managers, double rooms for the assembly team, and the option to extend the accommodation flexibly if necessary, as the project duration was initially open-ended.
Within just one day, we were able to offer suitable accommodation for everyone involved. The properties were located in close proximity to each other and were easily accessible from the construction site – ideal for daily coordination and short distances.
Particularly important for our customer: all accommodations could be easily adapted to the project duration and extended if necessary. This not only provided a comfortable accommodation solution, but also the necessary flexibility for a dynamic project process.
